Cheesecake dip

This started as a cheesecake recipe and stopped halfway through.

All you need is:

2x 250g packet soft cream cheese
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
About half a teacup of lemon juice, fresh or from a squeeze bottle
1 or 2 packets bitternut biscuits, or ANZAC biscuits
maybe some crushed flake chocolate bars

You will also need a stand mixer, or a whisk and incredible stamina.

Pop the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk into the stand mixer, and beat together until smooth

While beating on the stand mixer, slowly pour in the lemon juice until well mixed.

Sprinkle the crushed flake over the surface, maybe keep some aside to top up the bowl later

That's it. Serve cold with the biscuits, people can scoop out the cheescake mix with the biscuits and have tiny whole cheescakes.

This recipe serves about 3 to 5, depending on how irresistible you find it.

If I recall correctly, the original recipe this mutated from was told to me in person as a common scout recipe.
